There are a few pieces that exist pre-1994, which are from elementary school. All works from Fall 1994 to summer 1997 were made when I was in middle school and then works from late 1997 through June 2001 are from when I was in high school. It wasn't until about 1998 that I really started industriously working to improve my skills. Up to that point it was just something I did; I manifested creatively. About the year 2000 I started experimenting more, in part because I had some diversity in my art classes in high school, including "advanced open studio". Also during college (fall 2001 to spring 2005), I continued with ideas and styles I had already been utilizing, but added what I was learning in my art and art history classes to my work. Since I graduated I've been thinking somewhat outside the box, I hope. I prefer color to black and white, and I've been dealing with miniatures, abstractions, and trying to go more three dimensional. I'm heavily influenced by music, sacred geometry, and the full rainbow spectrum available to the human eye.
